The protagonist’s mission leads him to confront a dangerous Russian arms dealer, Andrei Sator, who has the ability to manipulate time in destructive ways. Alongside his allies, including the mysterious Neil, the protagonist races against time, or rather, through time, navigating a world where actions in the present can affect the past and future in unforeseen ways.
