The fifth and final season of Breaking Bad is split into two parts, with the first eight episodes airing in 2012 and the final eight episodes airing in 2013. The season follows Walter White as he continues to navigate the methamphetamine trade, having successfully taken down Gus Fring and secured his position as the top manufacturer. However, his newfound power and wealth come at a great cost, as his relationships with those around him, including Jesse Pinkman and his family, begin to deteriorate.
